Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and ingredients.

3. Custom Orders
Custom orders (including cakes, scones, pastries, mixed boxes, etc.) require advance notice.
Once an order is confirmed, design changes may be limited based on preparation timelines.
Rosie’s Baked Goods reserves the right to decline custom requests that cannot be reasonably completed within the required time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Standard orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery for a refund. Refund is not guaranteed if work on order has already begun.
Custom orders: Deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
No-shows: Orders not picked up on the scheduled date are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We strive to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

While we offer products that may be gluten-friendly or dairy-free, our kitchen is NOT an allergen-free facility.
